A little back story.
I'm Shelby, a mum, an Early Years teacher of over ten years, and a Sleep Sense certified consultant based in Doha.
As a teacher I always knew every child was different. Then I became a mum and I really knew.
My son slept beautifully. Then my daughter arrived (suddenly, fast, and without warning) and everything I thought I knew went out the window.
No family nearby, no roadmap, and no sleep.
When I discovered Sleep Sense it changed everything. Within days she was sleeping peacefully and I finally felt like myself again.
